LINCOLN PARK — A Netspend pre-paid debit card was drained by two separate transactions, using a Facebook payment app, a 47-year-old Lincoln Park woman reported Jan. 4.
The victim said she has not used her debit card with the app, nor used the service at all. She said she reported the breach to Netspend. There were no suspects.
