RIVERVIEW — An employee of Atria Kinghaven called police to the retirement community, 14800 King Road, Feb. 28 because the antenna on her blue Chevy Impala was broken off.

She told police that she drove to work at the senior living homes and while in the parking lot she noticed the damage. The responding officer observed the antenna to be broken free from its factory seal but still attached by wires dangling on the roof.

The woman said she did not know if the damage occurred at her house or at work and does not recall any instance where she would have come into contact with anything low enough to cause the damage.

The approximate value of the antenna is $40.
