DEARBORN – More appointments have opened up for people 18 and over to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at the Consolidated Vaccination Center serving seven communities at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center, 15801 Michigan Ave.

Appointments must be made at www.cityofdearborn.org/covid.

Vaccination appointments are reserved for people who live in Allen Park, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Garden City, Inkster, Melvindale and Redford Township.

The vaccines are the two-dose Moderna shots. Moderna is approved for people 18 and over.

Masks covering mouth and nose are required to enter and remain in the building. People will be asked to show their identification and will be screened at the door.

The Consolidated Vaccination Center is a collaborative effort between the seven communities, with support from Wayne County.
