SOUTHGATE — Two combatants, one bleeding, fled Meijer, 16300 Fort St., after a fight erupted April 1 over alleged line jumping in the bottle return area.
As the two men began arguing and pushing each other, the younger man reportedly picked up the older man and slammed him to the ground. When he noticed that the older man’s head was bleeding, he fled.
The older man, with a head laceration, also left, under his own power.
