Lemonade stand for autism awareness

Dearborn Heights police officers (above) and firefighters (below) stopped by a lemonade stand April 6 at 6600 Kingsbury where children were selling lemonade to raise money for autism awareness. All proceeds from the lemonade stand are going the non-profit organization Blue Hands United, which help families affected by autism. April is designated as World Autism Month bringing awareness to the developmental disorder.
