LINCOLN PARK — A con artist offering a debt consolidation loan tricked a Lincoln Park woman into revealing her Huntington Bank debit card account information, which he then used to charge multiple fraudulent purchases.

The victim, who reported the fraud to police officers April 9, said she canceled the card, and needed a police report number for her financial institution to pursue an investigation.
