HEIGHTS — While on routine patrol at Annapolis and Telegraph Road April 10, police were flagged down by a woman in the 4500 block of Academy for damaged vehicle.

The woman said she brought her brother’s red Chevy Impala to the house to have the breaks and struts changed. She provided information to the responding officer relating to the vehicle.

According to the report, the man completing work on the vehicle said he finished working about 2 p.m. April 10. When he and the woman went outside, they noticed the back glass of the Chevy was shattered but still intact. The vehicle was in the driveway at the house, facing Annapolis. Police observed a small hole at the bottom right of the glass that appeared to be from an air soft or pellet gun.

An attempt by police to contact the owner of the vehicle was unsuccessful. The victim and man were provided with a case number.
