DEARBORN — A red 2016 Mercedes Benz C-Class luxury automobile was impounded after its owner, a Dearborn man, was cited the night of April 29 for reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.

A police officer monitoring vehicle speed with radar on westbound Ford Road clocked the man driving more than 80 mph in heavy traffic, changing lanes rapidly and flashing his high beam lights at the drivers in front of him.

When a traffic stop was initiated, the driver said another Mercedes driver had taunted him, which triggered his high speed, reckless road behavior.
