Jeep Cherokee reported stolen

HEIGHTS — Police were dispatched to a house on Whitlock after a resident said his Jeep Cherokee went missing overnight.

The man said the Jeep was parked in front his house June 28 and that he was outside until midnight. He went back outside about 8:17 a.m. when he noticed the Jeep was missing. According to the report, the Jeep was locked, had a steering column lock and the owner has both sets of keys in his possession.

Police did not observe glass in the area where the Jeep as parked.

The resident was provided with a case number and police entered the Jeep into Law Enforcement Information Network as stolen.
