MELVINDALE — A man exhibiting signs of mental illness was given a ride to the Springwells Village neighborhood in Detroit the morning of July 6 after the man caused a disturbance by repeatedly yelling inside his room at the Melrose Motel, 2829 Oakwood Blvd.
