DEARBORN — A GPS-equipped 2014 white Jeep Grand Cherokee was recovered in Detroit July 20 after being stolen between 12:27 and 1:15 a.m. from the 500 block of Claremont Street in Dearborn.

The vehicle, which was locked, was taken without keys, with no signs of broken glass.

When the Jeep was recovered in Detroit, it was unoccupied, with the VIN and license plate intact, but with the driver’s side rear window broken. It was towed to a secure lot, and the owner was advised on pickup procedure.
