DEARBORN – Come shop the first book and media sale hosted by Friends of the Library Dearborn will host its first book and media sale in over two years at Henry Ford Centennial Library from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 1.
The book and media sale will consist of an overflow of materials that have been in storage since May 2019.
Items for sale will include fiction of all genres, nonfiction, magazines, DVDs, music, and vinyl records. Special features this month include collector’s items and children’s media. Families can find bargain materials for both children and teens from picture books, chapter books and young adult.
FOLD is a nonprofit citizens group that supports the library by sponsoring and funding library programs for patrons of all ages. All proceeds from the FOLD sales are used to support popular library programs. The plan is for future FOLD book sales will be presented on the second Wednesday of each month.
