MELVINDALE — A cash-seeking ex-boyfriend and reputed drug addict smashed two windows of his former girlfriend’s car while it was parked at Gale Gardens Apartments, when she refused to give him cash.
The victim said the man used a wooden plank to smash her vehicle’s passenger side window and back window. A witness corroborated her statement. The plank was recovered and taken into evidence.
