Man seeking anxiety medication causes disturbance

DEARBORN — A Dearborn man was questioned and released the morning of Aug. 14 when he was walking away from Walmart, 5851 Mercury Drive, following a disturbance reported by store personnel.

The man said he was trying to get a prescription filled for his anxiety medication, and became upset when he was unable to receive it. The responding police officers were able to calm the man, who said he would walk home.
