ALLEN PARK — Police were dispatched to Allen Park Motor Lodge, 14887 Southfield Road, Sept. 11 after a woman broke her mother’s vehicle windshield.
The mother said she and her daughter got into an argument about moving belongings from vehicle to vehicle. According to the report, the daughter became mad and took the back of a screwdriver and hit the windshield of the silver Dodge Dakota causing it to puncture and crack.
After the windshield was broken, the daughter and her boyfriend left on foot south on Fox Avenue. The mother said the couple was on drugs at the time and were possibly picked up by a relative after they left.
Officers searched the area for the suspects but were unable to locate them.
