SOUTHGATE — The front passenger side window of a 2016 Chevy Silverado was reported shattered the morning of Sept. 16, while it was parked at Holiday Inn Express, 13333 Heritage Center, and a pair of Red Wing industrial safety shoes, valued at $200, were stolen from the floor of the back seat.
The victim, an Illinois man, said the vehicle was ransacked as well. Three other auto larcenies were reported by motel guests during the same time period.
