LINCOLN PARK — A catalytic converter was reported stolen at 3:20 a.m. Sept. 30 from a 2002 Buick Regal parked in the 1700 block of White Avenue.
A neighbor, who witnessed the theft and provided surveillance footage, said two men in a black foreign sedan pulled up alongside his neighbor’s Buick. He said both were about 6 feet tall, and one was wearing a gray hoodie, while the other was wearing a black hoodie. They fled west on Garfield Avenue toward Dix Avenue.
