LINCOLN PARK — An anonymous tipster reported the evening of Oct. 13 that they saw a male teen near Dix Avenue and Keppen Boulevard with a gun in his hoodie pocket.
The caller said the teen, who was wearing a gray or blue hoodie, appeared to be 14 to 16 years old, and was with a teen girl of the same age, with blonde hair, who was carrying a black backpack.
Police officers checked the area, but were unable to find anyone matching their description.
