LINCOLN PARK — An apartment resident living in the 1000 block of Victoria Avenue reported at 4:45 a.m. Oct. 19 that an unknown vandal damaged multiple window panes in two of his living room windows, causing an estimated $600 in damage.
The 57-year-old victim said he was sleeping when he awoke to the sound of shattering glass. He said he has no known enemies.
Police officers were unable to determine what was used to break the windows. He said he did not have apartment insurance, and was advised to follow-up with his landlord.
