MELVINDALE — A teenager reported that his headphones were stolen from his unlocked vehicle about 3 a.m. Sept. 16, and provided surveillance camera footage to police officers of the theft occurring.
The footage shows a person wearing a hoodie and carrying a bag rifling through his car, as well as his sister’s car, from which nothing was taken.
The victims were advised to keep their vehicle doors locked in the future.
