DEARBORN — Residents living on separate floors of a house in the 5100 block of Steadman Street required police officer intervention Sept. 19 when the man living on the lower floor loudly sang gospel music from his entryway as his upstairs neighbor made her way to her second floor living space, while recording the unwelcome private concert on her cell phone.
Police officers advised the man making the joyful noise about the importance of recognizing the need for personal space and respecting the boundaries of others.
