DEARBORN — Repeated harassing phone calls were reported Oct. 27 by an employee of Children’s Paradise daycare center, who said a man was calling both locations, as well as his personal cell, and saying, “Can I cough?” and breathing into the phone.

A check of the Courts and Law Enforcement Information System revealed the name associated with the originating phone number.

The employee was given an incident number, and provided with followup instructions.
