LINCOLN PARK — A man aimed a black paintball gun on Halloween night at children playing in a field in the 2100 block of Rose Avenue.
The man, who was driving a silver Toyota, did not hit any of the children with paintballs. Police officers checked the area, but were unable to find a suspect matching the man’s description: white with long, shaggy hair.
