HEIGHTS — A victim of identify theft told police she recently checked her credit score and saw it had dropped due to a collection agency’s attempt to collect owed money.
She said two AT&T accounts were opened between November 2018 through March 2019, but that she did not open them. Police were provided with addresses of the accounts.
In total, the accounts had unpaid balances of $999.97 and $952.53, both for Internet service.
No other information was provided in the report.
