MELVINDALE — Three pickup trucks were reported ransacked Nov. 23 while they were parked overnight in the 19500 block of Henry Street.
Nothing appeared to be missing. It is not known whether the vehicles were locked at the time they were ransacked, but there were no pry marks or damage to the truck doors. There was a security camera mounted near one of the pickups, but it had a broken lens.
The department indicated that police officers will increase patrols in the neighborhood.
