MELVINDALE — An anonymous neighbor reported an altercation in an apartment building in the 4400 block of Oakwood Boulevard Nov. 20 when a man was moving his possessions out of his former girlfriend’s apartment.
An officer stood by to ensure no further problems occurred until the man was packed and left the location.
