SOUTHGATE — Two brand new windshield wiper blades were stolen Nov. 13 from a Chevy Malibu parked at Southgate Co-op Apartments, and replaced with old, worn blades.
The victim said the new blades were installed Nov. 10 during an oil change. There were no suspects.
