ALLEN PARK — A woman told police on Nov. 15 that someone used her checking account to man an unauthorized purchase from a Dick’s Sporting Goods in New Jersey.

She said the merchandise was delivered to Philadelphia under her name. The victim does not know anyone in that city and has not given anyone permission to use her name or bank accounts.

She was advised to have all of her accounts flagged.
