SOUTHGATE — A red handicap parking permit was reported stolen Dec. 3 from inside a vehicle parked in the 15000 block of Joan Street.
The victim said it was taken from the vehicle interior, along with $7, between 6 p.m. Nov. 30 and 8 a.m. Dec. 2, while the vehicle was parked in her driveway. The vehicle was not ransacked, and there was no damage to the vehicle.
