MELVINDALE — A holiday grinch vandalized holiday lights the night of Dec. 12 in the 17900 block of Harman Street by cutting the wires on four of the decorations.
The resident said the vandalism occurred when she and her husband had left the house to go out for dinner. She noted that a neighbor’s surveillance cameras may have captured footage of the vandal in action.
