RIVERVIEW — The lawn at Kennebec Park was damaged the afternoon of Dec. 12 by the driver of a silver Ford Escape who, along with a companion, were purportedly shooting a Tik Tok video by driving both off-road and on the basketball court, with music blaring loudly.
The offender was cited for prohibited vehicle usage in a park, as well as driving an uninsured, unregistered vehicle without a license plate. The Escape was impounded and towed, and photos of the damaged lawn were taken into evidence.
