LINCOLN PARK — Miscellaneous hand tools were reported stolen Dec. 12 from an unlocked white 2007 Dodge Caravan, which was also ransacked while it was parked near the intersection of Riopelle Avenue and Mill Street.
Surveillance camera footage shows an unknown male, who was wearing dark clothing, including a hoodie, with writing on the front and a symbol on the back, entering the minivan and removing the tools. He is seen on the footage fleeing west on Mill Street.
