LINCOLN PARK — Austin Hamrick, 19, turned him self in Dec. 15 following the Dec. 12 shooting death of a 16-year-old boy near Richmond Avenue and Porter Street.
He was arraigned Dec. 17 for second degree murder/homicide, second degree murder/manslaughter and felony firearm charges.
