DEARBORN — A dangerous tree in the 18000 block of Outer Drive, which Wayne County had marked for removal, was the subject of a woman’s concern Dec. 14 when her neighbor tried to hide the pink paint “remove” mark with brown paint.

The woman told police officers that when Wayne County workers showed up to remove the tree, her neighbor dissuaded them from doing so.

Wayne County Commissioner Sam Baydoun was contacted to look into the matter and determine the status of the work order.
