RIVERVIEW — A woman living in an apartment complex on Fort Street was cited at 3:25 a.m. Jan. 3 for a noise violation, for loud music, despite her unwillingness to open the door to speak to the responding police officers.
A record check indicated that the woman had received a June 1 noise violation as well.
