SOUTHGATE —Two adult pit bulls, one black and one brown, chased a child who was outside playing Dec. 26 in the 13000 block of Jobin Street.
The child’s uncle said he scared away the aggressive, barking dogs with a strobe-effect flashlight. He said he wanted to document the incident because he believes that the dogs are dangerous.
