LINCOLN PARK — Two early morning break-in attempts Jan. 13 at Pinewood Party Store, 1408 Fort St., were thwarted by the suspect’s inability to pry open the business door with a crowbar.

A store employee showed police officers security footage of the suspect attempting to break in at 6:42 a.m., and again at 7:27 a.m., at a door on the west side of the store. The door was not damaged.
