RIVERVIEW — A United Parcel Service delivery of an Amazon package containing four ceramic painted owl mugs, valued at $36, was stolen Jan. 27 from the welcome mat outside the victim’s ground floor apartment door in the 19000 block of Fort Street.
The victim said the access doors to her apartment building are not always well-secured. There were no witnesses, and no surveillance camera footage.
