DEARBORN — A man plowing his neighbors’ sidewalks and roadway in the 2200 block of Homeplace Street with his all-terrain quad, which was equipped with a snow plow, was ratted out by one of his neighbors, who felt compelled to report his illegal driving of an ATV on the street and sidewalks to police officers.

The man was advised by law enforcement personnel, who did not issue a citation, that, legally, he may only drive the quad on his own property.
