LINCOLN PARK — The quick response of Lincoln Park firefighters, along with the help of Trenton and Ecorse firefighters and Lincoln Park police officers, prevented a Feb. 22 fire in the 720 block of Garfield Avenue from spreading to other nearby houses.
A neighbor, whose house is about 5 feet from the affected dwelling, credited the first responders with preventing the fire from impacting their house.
