DEARBORN — A man driving an older model silver F-150 pickup the night of Feb. 15 in the 7300 block of Kendal Street attracted the attention of a resident when he stopped his vehicle and took a photo of a resident’s Jeep Cherokee SRT.

The witness said the man drove by, then stopped, backed up, and took a photo of his neighbor’s car with his smart phone, using his flash. He showed the responding police officers surveillance camera footage which captured the suspicious activity.

Police officers spoke with the owner of the Jeep, and recommended that he move it from the street to his driveway. They also promised to monitor the street more closely.
