Lath Merza, 21, died in a motorcycle crash on Ford Road and Beech Daly in Dearborn Heights May 12. According to Fox 2 Detroit, Merza was hit by a vehicle at the intersection but no further details were released by police. A GoFundMe page created in his honor raised $28,995 of its $30,000 goal as of May 19. Merza is a graduate of Dearborn High School.
