LINCOLN PARK — A gray brick was thrown at a residential front window, damaging it, on the night of Dec. 26 in the 1000 block of Capitol Avenue.
The victim, a 53-year-old man, said the vandal was a man he did not recognize. He said he does not have surveillance cameras, but he will ask his neighbors if their equipment captured any relevant footage.
