DEARBORN – As part of the April Arts Month in Dearborn initiative, presented by The Dearborn Recreation Commission/Cultural Arts Committee and the Dearborn Community Fund, there is a new, free event for the community to participate in from noon to 5 p.m. April 23 at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center, 15801 Michigan Ave.
ArtStop is a family-friendly event for the entire community that will feature art demonstrations, mini-performances, an exhibit at the Padzieski Art Gallery, and an immersive art installation experience presented by Sean Hages.
“This exciting and experiential initiative is part of our April Arts Month program, and is intended to bring everyone together while providing a sample of several artistic mediums at once,” said EmmaJean Woodyard, executive director of the Dearborn Community Fund.
