Dearborn Administrative Center closed March 28, other city buildings closed March 31 for Eid Al-Fitr holiday

Trash and recycling collection will not be impacted on March 31

DEARBORN — The Dearborn Administrative Center, 16901 Michigan Ave., will be closed for ongoing building renovations March 28.

The deadline for any residential water bills due on March 28 has been extended to April 1. Late fees will not be enforced for those impacted by the extended deadline for water bill payments.

In observance of the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, the DAC and all branches of the Dearborn Public Library as well as 19th District Court will be closed on March 31.

The Ford Community & Performing Arts Center, 15801 Michigan Ave., will be open during regular business hours on March 28, and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on March 31. The Senior Services Center will be closed March 31.

The Dearborn Ice Skating Center, 14900 Ford Road, will be open during regular hours on both days. For more information on availability, call 313-943-4098.

The holiday does not affect curbside trash and recycling collection. The regular collection schedule will continue.
