
Annabette has waited almost a year
Annabette is a beautiful brown tabby who was found as a stray kitten and has been at the Wyandotte Animal Pound since May. Volunteers have socialized her, and she now enjoys being with them, as well as being with the other cats in the exercise enclosure. She has been spayed.

Loki is a lap cat
Loki is a 2-year-old white cat who was rescued on Halloween. He loves to be petted. Volunteers say the American shorthair is very sweet and well-mannered.

Harry is a mellow fellow
Harry is a laid-back 6-year-old black American shorthair. He has been at Wyandotte since August. He has been neutered.
Cat adoption fees are $60 cash and include spaying or neutering, the first distemper vaccine, a combo test and a rabies vaccine if the animal is old enough. Cat adopters should bring a carrier. Cardboard box carriers can be purchased from the shelter for $5. The pound is at 1170 Grove, between 11th and 13th streets. Adoption hours are 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.
