TRENTON — Veterans Memorial Library will host a free electronic library class from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
The class will cover the basics of the library’s online catalog and will take place in the program room.
Other free classes will be scheduled as they fill up and include:
• Intro to the Computer, which will cover the basics of computers and how they function, including basic mouse skills, opening and closing windows, identifying desktop applications and basic Internet Explorer functions.
• Search Engine and Databases covers search engines and Michigan Electronic Library databases. Participants must have some computer skills to follow along.
• E-mail will give step-by-step instructions on opening an e-mail account and will cover attachments, making and managing folders and other e-mail skills.
