City museums Victorian Holiday Evening

WYANDOTTE — Wyandotte Museums will host its signature event, A Victorian Holiday Evening, on Dec. 11.

The even is part of their year-long Heritage Event Series and will include live harp music, a visit from Santa Claus and his reindeer, Strolling Victorian carolers, wassail, cookies and roasted chestnuts and will take place at 6 and 7 p.m. in the Ford-MacNichol Home, 2610 Biddle.

Afterward, guests are invited to the 1908 Burns Home, 2624 Biddle, to decorate gingerbread cookies. Then, at the Marx Home, 2630 Biddle, guests can listen to interactive storytelling.

Tickets can be purchased at the Wyandotte Museums Office, 2624 Biddle. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.
