January 1, 2011 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

TRENTON— Bollywood exercise dance classes will meet from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays starting Jan. 20 at the Kennedy Recreation Center, 3101 West Road.

Bollywood is a high-energy dance that combines hip-hop, traditional Hindu and belly dance. Organizers call it a great cardiopulmonary, fat-burning, waist-slimming, and body-toning workout that uses every muscle in the body.

Classes run through March 10; a free session will be held at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 13.

Registration begins tomorrow; the fee is $48 for residents, $58 for nonresidents. For more information call (734) 675-7300.
