About 50 people line up Friday morning to take tours of replicas of two of Christopher Columbus’ ships, The Nina and The Pinta, docked at Bishop Park in Wyandotte. The ships will be available for self-guided on-board tours through tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The exhibit is part of British Virgin Islands-based The Columbus Foundation’s “sailing museum,” to educate the public on the caravel-style ships Columbus and many other explorers used. Wyandotte is the only stop in southeast Michigan for the ships.
